Ade Mayr, also known as "Adzie" online, is 2D animator/artist, specialising in motion graphics and hand-drawn digital animation. Since 2011, Ade has had passion for creating 2D animations based off their thoughts, feelings and interests. With this came more motivation to develop styles and pursue art and animation academically which eventually led them to achieving a First-Class degree in Animation (BA) Hons and a Vice-Chancellor Commendation for their collaborative film at Norwich University of the Arts.

Ade continued to work on their portfolio while tackling a retail job and eventually moved on to become a Motion Graphics Animator & Designer for 3 years at an independent creative agency – creating adverts for social media and TV. This included all aspects of pre-production as well as quality assessment. Ade received high praise for their hard work and creativity throughout their time there.

 

In addition to this, they've also produced many fun digital illustrations and comics inspired by their original ideas and YouTubers they find entertainment from online. Over time, they've gathered an audience and close friends around the world.

Ade currently resides in Southampton with their partner Pepper and their cat Yakob Flapjack III. Outside of playing games like Valorant, Ade continues to spend their free time doing what they love most - drawing, animating ...and watching cartoons.​​
